Was there to buy car. We like Salesman John Durand, but did not like Sale Manager-Starr. Starr dose not know how to speak with the customer, (Starr) he sounded as if racial. Spoke like take it or leave it, and very arrogantly, very annoying person, not good for Sale Department. Next time we will rethink to shop at Ft Myers Mercedes Benz, instead will prefer go Napes, Tampa or Orlando. Only writing so you know your Sales Manager, he is disaster for your business. It's not just giving discount, but the manner you deal with customer count. I retired had 7 Liquor stores, 3 Holiday Inn Express, I know salesmanship count. I have big Indians group who I recommend for Mercedes, but will ask them avoid Fort Myers dealership. I Hate seeing your Sales Manager. I Bought car, A220, because my wife like it. it's rarely available & she find comfortable for driving, plus John was good guy, so the buy.

Really had a great experience purchasing as an out-of-state buyer, working with Matt J during the whole process. As MBFM had the used specific Volvo s60 I was looking for at a fair price (but being a few states away could not see it in person), Matt was great at getting all of the photos requested and questions answered quickly so I could be confident in the purchase/transit of the vehicle. No issues with any paperwork, title transfers, tax, etc. (cough, Carvana); all of that was handled well. What really stood out was the post-sale experience; Matt found a minor issue with the rear glass during shipping prep and let me know before transit (instead of having me find out when it arrived and just be stuck with it); he and MBFM offered a few generous options to address it, which I appreciated and accepted one of. Definitely would purchase from them again with confidence.

I told him that I expressed interest in a vehicle. He said it had not actually arrived at the dealership but he could track it if I called back the day. Sure enough I called back and he said it should arrive the next day. The following day he said it had arrived. I went for a quick test drive and bought the car. I had issues with my car a few months ago and I had to leave it at the dealer for 3 days, she was in contact with me every single day letting me know the status of my car. I also forgot my wallet in the car and she took care of it and keep it for me until I was able to pick it up without any inconvenience. I took my wife to the service department to get her convertible repair and spend over $3000 to get the convertible repaired and it was not done and also while her car was there. The head rest was damaged and the explanation was it was old. My wife 's car is a 2012. I called the service manager Brian three days in a row and no return call. I also had to go out to the dealership to find out about her car and now they want us to pay for the repair at least 50%. I have not received a return call from the service manager yet whose name is Brian. This shows he does not value customers and it will be hard for me to recommend someone to bring their car to be repaired. Bad customer service and satisfaction. After posting this on the website, Brian did get back with me and also fix my wife's car and there was no charge. He called me twice today which means someone talked to him or the dealership values the customers opinions . The sales manage Bryan called me again today and follow up so he did fix the situation.

Well. I had two issues. #1 A new key was ordered ($300.00 plus) after we had already ordered a new key last year. This information should have been in the car’s record. #2. I was told the car would be cleaned following service. It wasn’t. Minor but nevertheless annoying. Dean in service was pleasant to work with.

We had a lot of bait and switch sales guys and advertised prices which then were not the real deal when we arrived. It was a horrible car shopping experience until we decided to make one more stop late yesterday afternoon. It was at the Mercedes-Benz of Fort Myers. Hector was walking through the parking lot as we parked and thank God for that! We had the right person to help us. They have very high quality used vehicles there to choose from, as well as a great salesman in Hector. I believe we would have probably left that car lot as well if it hadn't been for his kind and helpful spirit. We had been high pressured all day until we met him. We have never been more pleased with a car, salesman, prices or car dealership. Hector made car shopping a pleasure!

I flew in from Maryland to assess and possibly purchase a CPO 2016 GLE 300d at MB of Fort Myers. I was in contact with the sales staff before my arrival and upon arriving the vehicle was ready for showing. My salesman, Jeff, met me and went over all the details. The vehicle was a little over 3 years old and had less than 30K miles. It looked brand new, showing virtually no signs of wear. I purchased the vehicle that same day, intending to drive it back to Maryland. Jeff was very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining all options, features and attributes of the vehicle. Will from accounting set up all the paperwork and we were able to close the sale, which included accommodating all provisions for titling and registering in Maryland, within just a couple of hours. The whole process went very smoothly and I thank Jeff, Will and all the staff at Mercedes Benz of Fort Myers for their responsiveness, professionalism and friendliness.
